How can I change career's without going back to school?

I have a BA from a liberal arts school. My major was art with a concentration in graphic design. I like what I do, I just hate being inside all day and having little to no interaction with people outside my office.



I was a camp counselor about 7 years ago for the summer, and I really loved it. I don't know that much about the %26quot;industry%26quot; or job market...but would really love to make the swith, career-wise, that is.
