How to change career directions?

I've been in the customer service business for over 15 years. I've done everything from Telemarketing (outbound cold calling) to inbound service and sales. I still would like like to be in sometime of %26quot;service friendly%26quot; atmosphere but not customer service where I'm on the phones. My resume is filled with customer service and sales experience, but I want to change careers into a different field. I'm a quick learner and adapt very well into any area or task that I'm given. How do I convince potential employers to give me a shot when my resume does not support these factors. How to change career directions?
You have been working for 15 years right? Are you financially independent now? Perhaps you should stop looking for a job and use your experience to explore much higher financial rewards. How to change career directions?
u need to go do a couple of course and change jobs to reflect that change. other than that, 15 years is the lenght of some careers and u can't honestly say that after a 'carrer' in telemarketing, u can convince potential emplyers that u could do something else.
