I want to change careers. Advice is appreciated.?

I graduated with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice over 10 yrs ago. I would like to go back to school to become a nurse. What is the proper method of achieving this? and how many years would this take me? Would I have to do another 4 yrs of school? Any input would be great. Thanks!I want to change careers. A 2yr Assoc. Degree in Nursing Sciencewould prepare you to sit the Nursing Boards to get your RN licence. You can work with this.A BS (another 2yr.) Gets you more money and potentially a higher position.
