Try www.monster.com

Their website has a feature which will help you create a resume.

Or, try a career placement firm (look in the Yellow Pages). They will charge you a small percentage of your first year's wages, but will help you with all your career needs. Good luck. How to change career?

I would suggest that you get a professional resume makeover for this new rollout. I went from food service for 10 + years while in college to a research chemist upon graduation w/ a B.Sci. in Chemistry. I wish I had a resume makeover. It wasn't until I copied the format of a friend's science type resume that I started getting a few hits...

I think the energy/oil industry might be a great place to do business. You need business savvy + mechanical knowledge...

Or how about the drugs/pharma industry?

Both of these are high growth areas.

Anyways, good luck to you!
